As you can all see, there has been a bit of a change around here. I finally did it. I took the leap to purchase my own domain, get my own web hosting, purchase and install a theme, and transfer all of my old blog content to this new space.
It wasn’t easy. It took a lot of research and trial and error. To say that I’m ecstatic to have done this entire transition process myself – without hiring outside help! – is an understatement.
Please excuse some of the mess of my older posts while I work out the kinks in the transition process. Overall, I’m happy with the change. The one thing I had to let go was the comments. I couldn’t save those. But it’s about damn time I switched to a more professional blog.
I added a code into my old blog Header so that any traffic now gets 301 redirected to this new site.
I’ll save you all from the technical details on how I actually went about this entire transferring process. The point is, this is the new Enticing Healthy Eating! Welcome, old and new friends!
Another bit of news; one of my blogger buddies, Amanda, from Diary of a Semi-Health-Nut recently created an article on Lifehack.com featuring a Dozen Banana Recipes to make you Healthier and Happier. And guess who has a recipe featured on this article? Yep! This little lady right here. My Bourbon Banana Coconut Chocolate Chip Muffins are the first recipe listed on this roundup. Woot! Many thanks to you, Amanda.
You’ll also see this recipe’s picture currently featured on the home page of Enticing Healthy Eating. I might change it out or create a scrolling set of pictures there instead. But for now, I’m letting those muffins have their little slice of fame.
Enjoy the new and improved Enticing Healthy Eating. It will hopefully be even more improved as I continue to edit the posts that had a hard time in the transition process. Please be patient with me. And again, thank you all for continuing to read my writing, comment on my recipes, and give me your input. I appreciate you!
